           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Personal training is designed with you in mind. Based on your personal goals your program will be designed for your success. Personal training is recommended for individuals who need personalized attention for specific event or competitions training, for pre-hab or re-hab for surgeries, or for the individual who needs additional supervision to work on specifics to reach their goal. 

           MUSCLE TONE

 

Muscle tone is enhanced through the a combination of the building of efficient muscle tissue and the reduction of body fat. Muscle allows the body to burn fat during activity. By developing effective movement patterns and a balanced training program the body is able to stay active with left fatigue and more energy throughout the day. 

           CORE STRENGTH

 

Critical to all movement is the ability of the core to stabilize and serve as an anchor from which other movement takes place. Far too often the core is trained out of its intended function through breath holding. Core training is incorporated throughout every workout with specific emphasis on spinal health and neutral spine activities. 

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Small group training offers a unique environment where you come together with like minded training partners to support, encourage, motivate and be accountable. Training is goal oriented, individualized programming built into a dynamic group setting. Exercise choices are modified to meet individual needs within the group setting.
